The accessible and barrier-reduced holiday apartment on the first floor offers around 42 m² of living space, including a 5 m² balcony, and is ideal for up to 4 guests (standard occupancy: 2).



The apartment features smart TV and Wi-Fi, is lovingly furnished, functionally designed, and creates a cozy, open atmosphere. Dogs and cats are welcome. The entrance area has a kitchenette equipped with everything you need for your stay. The adjoining dining and living area invites you to relax and enjoy the evening sun on the balcony.



The front sleeping area offers ample space to move. Beds have high-quality mattresses and adjustable slatted frames (one electric). A work area with desk and office chair is integrated into the rear part of the bedroom. The bathroom is wheelchair accessible, featuring a bathtub with shower, bath seat, and multiple grab bars. The toilet has a standard seat height and built-in bidet. The balcony is currently not wheelchair accessible.



The apartment is accessible via a spacious lift and designed for guests with limited mobility (with companion). All doors (two are sliding doors) are at least 80 cm wide. Modifications do not meet DIN standards. Guests with mobility restrictions should contact the owners via the booking platform before reserving.



The Baltic Sea resort, about 20 km northeast of Kiel, offers a long sandy beach, leisure activities, well-developed cycling and hiking paths, and dog beaches. The Ostsee-Klinik Holm is just a short walk away. Outpatient care services are available for guests with special needs.
