In the west-facing garden, you can relax with a barbecue, sunbathe in a beach chair on cooler days, or treat yourself to some wellness time in the private sauna!

The modern and stylishly furnished house is spread over two floors.
The upper floor features two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and a TV. The large wardrobes in each room provide plenty of space to store your luggage and clothes. Between the two bedrooms is the spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and ample space for toiletries.

The lower level features a spacious living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen, including an oven and dishwasher.
The living room has a large, comfortable couch, a TV, and a selection of games for all ages.
From the very bright dining area, which has a sunroom-like atmosphere, you can look out onto the outdoor area with its terrace and garden. In the summer, the apple tree bears delicious apples that you can enjoy while relaxing in the beach chair. In the private sauna, you can treat yourself to a little wellness anytime.
The entire house is equipped with electric roller shutters and underfloor heating. The fireplace in the dining area is perfect for creating a cozy atmosphere in the fall or winter.
