Smuggler’s View is a delightful, modern cottage positioned in an enviable area, on the North Yorkshire National Park area of Ravenscar, near Scarborough. The cottage is a conversion from part of the main house that dates back to 1840 when it was a Coaching Inn, and had links with smuggling which was a flourishing trade on this part of the coast. Smuggler’s View has been tastefully furnished and decorated to a high standard and provides a perfect base for families and couples to explore this beautiful Heritage Coast. The cottage has the living area upstairs to make the most of the stunning panoramic views across open countryside and the sea. The area is a haven for walkers, cyclists and dog walkers with many pathways direct from your front door, and golf is available nearby.

Bicycles must not be stored in the cottage. There is an outdoor bike rack in the car park, adjacent to this is a bike shed for up to 4 bikes, as well as an unlocked outbuilding which has a wall mounted lock which can store a further 3 bikes.
