«Bridge Creek Inn exceeded our expectations. We just visited for the long weekend with our family and the hotel is beautiful and really clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect being in town. We will definitely stay here again. We were also lucky to have some live music in the lobby on Thursday night and they were great. And the parking was great as well. Our only feedback for the hotel would be to add some floating shelves or additional storage ...

«Klimaanlegg støyet så mye at vi måtte slå det av for å sove.
Det kommer lys fra både korridor og vindu, så rommet ble aldri mørkt.
Sengen var ren og vi sov bra. Badet var litt så som så på renhold.

«I would have rated this hotel a 5 except for a few issues: 1. Check-in was listed as 4 pm but our room was not ready until approximately 6 pm. 2. The hotel restaurant lost our dinner reservation. 3. At checkout, we had $80+ in unknown charges on our account - all from the little store in the hotel. The charges were reversed thankfully.
We loved the design and furnishings in the lobby and our room - just wish there was more attention to detail and focus on customer experience..»
