On the second floor, are the other three bedrooms, two with double beds, one of which also features an ensuite with bathtub, and one bedroom with two single beds. Both double bedrooms provide direct access to the first-floor terrace. Another bathroom with bathtub is at the guests' disposal on the first floor. The fireplace heats the whole house, thanks to the motor it is provided with.

The extensive outdoor area allows all the family members to enjoy themselves on the terraces, in the private pool, the solarium and around the barbecue. The holiday home, which is provided with a large parking area, can be accessed via a 1-km paved lane from the town of Sayalonga.
