The property is fine. It’s the treatment I got on room selection. As I understand it the agreement has with third party reservation companies does not allow the front desk workers the ability to accommodate room Selection. I was told all rooms were taken and was asked to sign a waiver because I was given the room next to the elevator which runs all night. It was 8PM and the only option I was given was to cancel my reservation and go find another hotel, really at 8PM. I later found out not all rooms were taken just the Expedia rooms, and the staff is not allowed to make that swap. No way to treat a Hilton Honors member. Change your contract, as a consumer I only care about my treatment dealing with the staff at the Hotel, not your contract arrangements with the hotel chain.
