This simple duplex is located approximately 10 minutes away from the Wormsloe Historic Site, 10 minutes away from the local hospitals (St. Joseph’s, Candler, and Memorial), and 10 minutes away from Savannah’s Historic Downtown District.
The space
Guest are met with a studio style bedroom upon entry into the home. This bedroom includes a king bed, room darkening curtains, and a slightly separated and simple workspace comprised of a desk and office chair.

The living room features a loveseat and TV. It also has an abundance of natural light along with room darkening shades.

The kitchen is fully stocked with the basic appliances and utensils/tools necessary for casual use. This includes a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, stove top, fridge, freezer, oven and various implements. A small dinning table can also be found here.
