«We were very happy with the home and the proximity to the soccer fields. Our grandson was so happy to have the hot tub to soak in after very physical games. I was also happy to see it was a cat friendly home. Cat friendly homes are hard to find. We did not bring our cats with us on this trip, but so happy to know they were welcome. »

The older home is well maintained in an established neighborhood. Extremely clean. Home is well located to explore the northern, central and southern entrances to New River Gorge National Park. «Great access to New River Gorge National Park. Most places in the park were 15-30 minute drive from this property. It is close to the highway, so everything was very accessible. The price was fair and saved us more than half the cost from getting 2 rooms in a hotel. The house was very clean and cozy. We felt safe and comfortable the entire stay. «The house was very nice inside. The neighboring houses are condemned. Getting a trailer in and out of the drive was a challenge as the drive is narrow and the train bridge obstructs view of the road. The property is located next to train tracks and trains entering the tunnel sound the horn at all hours. The trains are loud coal trains that run frequently.
