«The house is so charming and very clean. It had everything you need. We l Ioved the neighborhood, perfect for walking. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. The water pressure is great in the shower. New washer and dryer, so nice to have. Mom is ready to go again. »

«The view of the moon rising over the ocean each night was absolutely stunning! It would start out red and turn to bright white as it rose. Watching this from the deck off the master bedroom was an unexpected pleasure! We were there for a full moon, and it lit up a path across the ocean that was amazing!»

«I fell down the step into the living room ended up in the hospital. There should be some watch your step signs. Or a way to make people aware of the different steps. There are alot of small steps that should be noted. The pool never actually got cleaned and i dont think there was a king bed believe they were both queens. Had trouble with the kitchen faucet and the lving room does not really sit 6 people Light switches were very confusing could never find a way to turn laundry room light on»

«Quiet, clean, close to beach. My husband and I stayed with another couple and appreciated having our own bathrooms. Walked to Preacher Bar one night, Fish Camp Grill (a little further - short uber) the second night. Also really short walk to budget car rental for drop off or pickup. I’ll likely be back with my two teen boys if we want to be close to cocoa beach and/or before/after a cruise. »

«There were 4 adults staying in the unit and there was only 1 beach chair. One of the beds sunk to the frame and was not usable. There was a hole in the wall. And when I reached out to the host to ask about an extra beach chair she was rude and threatened to leave ME a bad review. We had family in other units so luckily we could borrow beach chairs. And this unit was very dated and dingy compared to the other 4 we saw. We also had to get ice from other units. No ice maker or ice tray. We would ...
