«Perfect for one traveler or a couple. No renting unneeded space.. very clean, newly renovated, perfect location. You can see the sunrise in the morning and sunset in the evening. The river is across the street from the front of the building. This is a top floor corner unit so you can peek over the side rail and see the sunset.»

«Beautiful condo with modern appliances and features. It was extremely clean with every amenity we could possibly need.The location was perfect for a lovely vacation, looking at and listening to the ocean, seeing two rocket launches and the Blue Angels from the air show in Cocoa Beach.
