Stothfang House - Vacation Apartment 3

The Stothfang Building, a residential and commercial building constructed in 1911 and beautifully renovated, is located not far from Sassnitz’s Old Town and the city center, on the corner of Hafenstraße and Seestraße. In just a 2-minute walk, you’ll be right at the Sassnitz harbor with its tour boats, fishing boats, the long pier, and numerous restaurants and cafés. You can reach the shops in the city center or the attractions of the idyllic Old Town just as quickly. Jasmund National Park, with its endless beech forests, is about 400 meters away. Haus Stothfang features several beautifully renovated historic apartments of various sizes and with unique floor plans. The first floor houses offices.

A parking space is not included with the apartment. Our recommendation: Use the large public parking garage at the city harbor, which is only about 200 meters away.
Or find a public parking spot in the surrounding area. Right in front of the building on Hafenstraße, there is a parking lane where you can park by the hour (with a parking disc), making it convenient to load and unload.

This beautifully renovated apartment in an older building is located on the first floor of the Stothfang building and offers approximately 105 square meters of living space distributed across four rooms. The various rooms branch off from a long hallway. You’ll find a storage room/closet, a separate kitchen with a fully equipped kitchenette and dining table, a bathroom with a bathtub, a living room, a dining room, and two separate bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed... All in all, this charming apartment comfortably accommodates 6 people. Additional amenities for guests include free Wi-Fi and a washing machine in the utility room next to the kitchen.
