We warmly welcome you to our newly built vacation rental (completed in 2020) in Sassnitz on Germany’s most beautiful and largest island, Rügen.
Our traditional brick house consists of a total of three living units. The two vacation rentals are located in the left wing of the building. The right side is occupied by us, the host family.
Free parking spaces and a bike garage for the safe storage of your bicycles are available on the property. As a vacation guest, you have access to a private area on the property that is available for your use.



Junis Vacation Apartment:

Our approximately 55 m² ground-floor apartment offers plenty of space for four people. With two bedrooms and a large living-dining area featuring a fully equipped kitchen, we hope to provide you with a place to unwind and relax.

The open-concept living and kitchen area is perfect for cozy get-togethers and game nights. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a stove and oven, a sink, a kettle, and a toaster.
The bathroom, which features natural light, is equipped with a walk-in shower.

One of the two bedrooms features a 1.60 m wide box-spring bed. The second bedroom has two single beds, which can be pushed together to form a double bed upon request.
If you’d prefer to enjoy the beautiful weather and balmy summer evenings outdoors, you can do so on the spacious terrace.
The apartment offers free Wi-Fi and is equipped with flat-screen TVs.
If you have a dog with a shoulder height of up to 50 cm, it is also welcome. The additional fee for the dog is 10.00 per day. We can accommodate a maximum of two dogs in the apartment and ask that you bring the necessary supplies (dog bed, bowl, etc.) with you.






The Junis vacation rental is located on the first floor of the building.
The terrace is furnished with seating and a table.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
