  • Seashell er 3 soverom 2 bad leilighet som er satt opp som en enkelt familie hjemme. Det har tregulv, en king size seng i master bedroom, en dronning seng i det andre soverommet samt to enkeltsenger i det tredje soverommet. Hovedsoverommet bad har dusj, badekar, granitt forfengelighet toppen med doble vasker. Hvert soverom har sin egen flatskjerm-TV.

    Stuen har en åpen plankonsept med en frokost bar. Kjøkkenet innebærer granitt benkeplater som har et komplett utvalg av rustfritt stål apparater. Det fullt utstyrt kjøkken inkluderer alle husholdningsartikler som gjør at du føler at du er hjemme.

    Fra stuen har du tilgang til forsiden og baksiden av huset. Unn deg den store flatskjerm-TV i stuen som tilbyr sportspakke og alle lokale kanaler. Slapp av, som naturlig lys lyser hele boareal. Hvis du er vert gjester, spisestuebordet plass til opptil 8 personer.

    Verandaen vender sørover mot Pine Avenue. Baksiden av huset vender mot nord med utsikt over privat inngjerdet basseng. Utemøbler og en kullgrill fullføre privat basseng oase. Strand vogn og strand elementer er også tilgjengelig. En tildelt parkeringsplass. Busstopp for gratis Island tralle er rett foran huset. På dette stedet kan du helt glemme bilen din!

Wondeful Location!!

This was a beautiful place to stay. The pool was a hit and a nice break from the beach. A major perk is the donut and coffee shop below and the restaurant below. Super convenient for breakfast and meals. It can be a bit loud with the coffee shop door opening and closing in the mornings of you sleep in the front bedroom but we did not mind. It didnt wake the kids up...i am just a light sleeper. Great size apartment/condo for 4 adults and 2 kids! Would definitely stay here again!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we’ve stayed at Seashell. It’s such a great location and within a short walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The trolley stop is right on the corner. The rooms and kitchen are a really good size and the outdoor balconies are so nice, not to mention the pool. We’ve already booked for next year.

Absolutely awesome in every way, location, cleanliness, spacious rooms, and cuteness, very beachy! 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, just perfect for a group of girls getting ready for a wedding. The master bath, back deck, and pool were great for photo's. Just 1-1.5 blocks from the beach access, within walking distance(and I am 70!) of shops, restaurants, and immediately over a great donut/coffee shop! Front and back balconies with a lovely pool and lounge chairs. There was even a wagon to cart your beach stuff! Couldn't have imagined my first trip to Anna Maria Island being any better!!

Lots of steps

The apartment itself was nice. Finding it however, took some time. There’s only one designated parking spot and it’s in front of a restaurant. We had to ask people to move their cars or golf carts from the spot every single time we came back to the house. We found parking for the other cars across the street but we had to wait for people to leave and stand in the spot! Super inconvenient.Also the entrance is down an alley by the restaurants smelly dumpsters!!! Then moving in means you have to drag coolers, suitcases and groceries up 17 steps on the staircase.The house has a great location once you get passed all of that.

Pool is not cleaned enough!

While the rental team will say it’s clean every week, the point is, the pool needs cleaning every 2/3 days, because of the way it was installed and landscaping, the children would not use it until it was cleaned, 5 days no pool

Clean, no car necessary!

The place itself was very clean inside and stocked with bath and beach towels. We were able to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants easily. Of note, the walkway to the property is lined with dumpsters from nearby restaurants, so there was an odor when sitting outside on the porches. We also saw rats along the fence going to and from dumpsters, but none close to the house or inside! Bring bug spray for early mornings and evenings! The main TV only worked for basic cable. We watched from Netflix in the bedroom. The beach chairs are rusted and non-functional, but we were in the water most of the time anyways.

Nice stay

We did enjoy our stay and absolutely love the location. That being said, the house could really use updates to the doors, furniture, and accents. No salt and pepper or any cooking supplies which is different from prior places we have stayed. Several doors do not did not function well and everything just seemed very worn. We don't expect much but were disappointed by this. The pool was very dirty and was for half of our stay until the pool person came. Not a big deal, we had so much fun but for the price would probably pick a different property next time.

I read some of the other reviews before and the donut shopdownstairs was nothing to worry about at all. We never heard anything, nor was there a lot of noise in the mornings. The only downside is when you go to leave there are a lot of people there sometimes. The only negative thing I would say is that there is no lock or keypad on the gate so anyone can come in at any time. There were multiple times that we were hanging out around the pool and random people just walked in the gate. I think this is a security issue and probably should be addressed by the owner/rental management team I think if there are maintenance people that need to access the pool or the back of the house they need to knock or at least notify tenants that someone will be coming over.

Seashell, close to everything!

Walkable to most everything. For the money, one of the best rental units on Anna Marie. The maintenance man (Kevin) was outstanding! He was very attentive to our needs. The kitchen is fully stocked, nicely decorated and plenty of room for a 3 bedroom. The front balcony looks out over the Donut Experiment. We would have liked to have stayed at Seashell next year for a month, but the rental company already booked the unit. Some rental companies provide first right of refusal to current customers, this one does not. So we booked another unit for 2024.

Amazing Location

Pros: two streets from the beach, private pool, nice backyard, spacious condo, clean, decorated nicely, comfortable beds, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The rental company was helpful in answering questions when needed. Cons: parking space is super tight with those wooden posts and you have to use the chain to make sure no one takes the spot that is reserved for Seashell guests. We have a Mercedes SUV, (just for comparison for future guests.) Anything bigger probably wouldn’t fit. The donut shop below is a little noisy early in the am, if you’re a light sleeper it may bother you. The internet was in and out all week and a lot of the cable channels didn’t work. Just basic cable in main living room.

Plan to wake up at 6:30-7AM from noise of door slamming at the donut shop below. Parking spot out front is ok, large vehicle is gonna be tough. Pool and back patio is very nice, did enjoy. Beach gear in the shed was useless, bring your own, all supplied was a beach wagon. I hate to complain about the mattresses, but masterbed has an old spring mattress and it was like sleeping on concrete with metal springs poking you. Did not get good rest. Master bathroom is fantastic, 2 sinks, large shower with duel heads, plenty of water pressure and private toilet with door. Great upper front and back porch with table and chairs, ceiling fan is nice touch. A/C blows cold and ceiling fans are nice.

Condo was not available

Sadly due to working on the flooring - we found out on Thursday - 2 days before our arrival that we would have to move to another location on the island . The only way I found out was by making a phone Call to the management company to ask a question about the condo! The management said oh yes we have to move you due to and issue that caused the owner to need additional time with the flooring . We were moved to a home three streets away. The management company and owner did offer to give us another day and change our vacation. That wasn’t an option due to our airline and car rental. Plus we were celebrating our retirement . The management company did provide a gift basket and decided not to charge us for the difference in price between the condo and the house that was further from The beach. I had traveled to Anna Maria several times and new PINE Ave well. We were disappointed But our new house was acceptable.

Anna Maria Island Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had to postpone our family vacation, due the hurricane hitting in 2024. This trip was very much needed for the entire family, and we had an absolute wonderful time! This home was lovely! The location was perfect for us, and the golf cart parking was perfect for us. The home had everything that we needed for cooking meals at the house, and we loved that there was a washer and dryer so that we could wash our beach towels and do laundry throughout the trip. The layout of the home is great, giving everyone their space. The outdoor space was incredible for us, as we all loved sitting on the porches in the morning and evenings. The queen bed was a little soft for us, but we were very comfortable in the home. The only suggestions that we would have, would be a beach wagon and umbrella to use. The low chairs are harder for the older folks to get in and out of, so we used them more as tables to put our bags on. We were not disappointed, just more information for anyone that is looking to rent and wants to understand the amenities that the house offers. When we were leaving, the parking spot that is noted for Seashell, was being occupied by a family that was renting the home next door. I am not sure if they have their own parking spot, but just something that we weren't sure of. We were leaving the following day, so didn't need the spot, but just something we wanted to note. I would absolutely rent this home again! Thank you for the amazing communication before our trip, throughout the reschedule, and up until we got to Anna Maria!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We could not have asked for a better experience than our stay at Seashell! It was beyond our expectations and more. The property was beautiful, airy and spacious. Loved sitting on the front porch every morning watching the sunrise and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach to watch the sunset every evening! The landscaping and pool were well kept and we really enjoyed the pool and floaties! The fenced in and private backyard was a real plus and our little dog loved it. Since we visited the beach daily, the beach cart and extra beach towels were a must. And did I say perfect location? It is right on Pine Ave filled with charming shops and restaurants and just a short walk to the city pier and farmer's market. I highly recommend the Waterfront and Grub restaurants that are within walking distance. The Ugly Grouper, Hurricane Hank's and Feast were just a short drive away or by trolley. The Island Shopping Center were Feast and close to Hurricane Hank's had a lot of nice shops too. There was even a parking stall for our golf cart rental! We never needed to use the trolley, but the stop is right outside and runs from 6am- 10pm daily. Misty and Roxanne were so delightful to work with as well and took care of the few items we needed immediately. Our stay was definitely a slice of paradise with the charming island, shops, places to eat and the finest beaches, and whitest, sugar sand we have ever experienced. We will definitely be back and thank you for such a memorable vacation!

June 2024 Stay - We loved Seashell!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Seashell the first week of June. It was a great spot for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids. The house was spacious, always cool, very clean and had all the things we needed. The mattress in the king bed room could use replaced, and some new beach chairs would be nice. We ended up buying new and leaving them behind for the next people. I would also suggest maybe a lock on the gate. We are pretty sure we caught teenagers swimming in our pool one afternoon after returning from the beach.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location, easy access to all food and beach, but disliked walking past full dumpsters everyday. Loved the layout of the property, but wished it was cleaned better, the couch cushions are flat and the bedding needs to be replaced (make sure you bring your own pillows). Parking spot is not marked, instead it has a tow warning sign. Filter and fans were not clean. Linen was clean.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is cute and the location is great. Issues we ran into were Dirt, smelly comforters on beds, we needed to take the whole evening we arrrived washing them. We had ants in the bathroom, Dishwasher did not seem to work, we found that out check out morning, handle on the fridge needs tightened, master shower water handles dont appear to work well, some of the buttons on the stove wont work to get correct temp.

Overall would recommend!

The place was great. Close to beach. The only issue we had was water was shut off twice for several hours and there were large puddles in front of gate when it rained.
