Welcome to Still Waters Beach House! Come rest and be refreshed in one of the most family friendly and spacious (3600+ SF) homes on the highly desirable north end of Anna Maria Island. Completely updated by new owners in February, 2021, this luxurious home is stocked with everything you need for the perfect beach vacation!

Still Waters Beach House offers six bedrooms and sleeps 14 people, perfect for any size family or a multi-family group. The house offers two huge master bedroom suites with attached outdoor balcony seating, two king bedrooms with bathrooms, a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin trundle beds.

When you wake up in the morning, head to the rooftop deck for gorgeous sunrise views of the Bay, then in the evening close out the day with breathtaking sunset views of the Gulf! The stunning panoramic view from the rooftop deck is truly incredible and one of the best features of the house!

Spend hours in the saltwater pool relaxing, playing in the waterfall or shooting hoops in the pool basketball hoop. Make sure to leave some time to turn on the whirlpool jets and take a break in the hot tub.

Time to head to the beach? The beautiful Bean Point Beach on the Gulf is only three blocks away and the beach on the Bay side is only four blocks away. Two stand-up paddle boards and a kayak make the beach trip even more fun, and carriers are provided to make transporting them easy. Wagons are also provided to make transporting all of the other beach items hassle-free.

Need to take a break from the sun? There are numerous indoor entertainment options: work on your putting stroke on the indoor putting green, challenge someone to a game of foosball, watch a movie or the big game on the 75" 4K TV (or one of the other eight TVs), or adults and kids can battle it out on the four person stand-up arcade console loaded with 3500 classic games including PacMan, Donkey Kong, Galaga, Street Fighter, Golden Tee, NBA Jam and many more!

Our family of 8 enjoyed 4 nights at this lovely home. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. The young adults enjoyed the game room on the second floor. Sunset/sunrise on the rooftop is definitely a highlight of the space. The only issue we had was the pool had quite a bit of debris from the trees and wind, the pool light was broken, and the heat would not come on for the spa. I sent a message and all the concerns were addressed immediately by very friendly staff. The location is an easy walk to multiple beach access points. We rented golf carts to move around the island which worked out perfect. Made many memories and would stay again.

Enjoyable stay with some issues

This beautiful home was just what we were looking for, for our large family of 14. Location was perfect! Sadly we were disappointed in the cleanliness, non functioning and numerous broken items, and ill equipped kitchen items. We would not recommend this home until the problems are addressed. This home need a lot of care to make it what it should be!

The Home is Tired

In 15 years staying in VRBOs, have never left a review. This home is tired. The furniture, outdoor space, and pool. Mold, water stains, stained comforters, broken window, broken beach chairs + umbrellas. Kitchen depleted from basics. Sato Realty outstanding. Home needs deep cleaning.

Lovely property and fantastic location

Really enjoyed our stay here at Still Waters. The location is quiet and restful but lots of places to visit nearby. Rod and Reel was frequented a few times - excellent seafood. Bean’s Point beach / Holmes Beach are absolutely beautiful. We spent a couple of days there and used the various beach items from the house (kayak, paddle boards, deck chairs, etc) to have a lot of fun. We used the bikes a couple of times to get around. Only very minor criticism would be lack of tea and coffee mugs. As Brits we do drink a lot of tea and coffee! Everything was first class.

Great location, layout. Upkeep could be better

The layout of the house is great - spacious rooms. Cleanliness was good as well. But the upkeep wasn’t up the standards we have seen in the 8 previous home we’ve rented on AMI. Also note that the lounge with the putting green is not air conditioned so smells like mildew. I would recommend the property just know you may need to send a list on arrival of the light bulbs out, pool sensors disabled, etc.

Look no further!! Perfect house!!

This house was a dream! We had 12 people stay and still we had a bunch of room. The pool and waterfall is absolutely perfect! The best part is the rooftop deck where you can watch the sunset!! Highly recommend for large groups! We would love to stay again!!

Best Family vacation EVER

We loved everything about thi splace....and hope to be back and stay here again. The rooms and ALL the bathrooms were such a great combination for us all They thought of everything to have available. Boogie boards, paddle boards, wagons and bicycles. The location is perfect, just a few blocks away from the bay---to the beach---everything we LOVE. THe pool was amazing, the waterfall and the hot tub were fabulous. The outdoor seating in the shade was a perfect place to get out of the sun for a bit. They even had an ice maker. Most THOUGHTFUL owners and house ever. WE LOVED it! <3

Perfect location

This was our 2nd time to the Island- we love everything about it! The house was perfect for our group and honestly felt bigger than the pictures! Pool was perfect and it's a short walk to the beach. Rated 4 instead of 5 stars due to issue with termites swarming in one room at the end of our trip. They did send somebody out asap to inspect but we were told to just keep the door closed-- the next day they were all over and we were unable to utilize that bedroom. Still awaiting a response from the owner as to any type of partial refund.

Dream House

We had a great time! Loved all the amenities that came with the house - bikes wagons paddle boards! The location is fabulous and proximity to beach is wonderful. The kids absolutely loved the pool area. Highly recommend for a big group.

Nice location, needs some work.

The property is in a great location on the north side of the island with easy access to bean point. Lots of beach toys and bikes, which was great. The house itself is in disrepair and is in need of updating. Overall we enjoyed the house because of the location and amenities, along with accommodating our large family.

Great stay!

We had a great stay! This house was perfect for our group of five couples. An easy walk to the beach with all of the necessities needed for a day on the sand. The house is very well equipped with everything you need and lots of entertainment. The pool and hot tub is very relaxing. And the views from the rooftop deck are breathtaking.
