    This fully furnished 1-bedroom, 1-bath home offers approximately 700 sq. ft. of comfortable living space, plus a den for a little extra room to relax. Whether you're visiting Sarasota for a beach vacation, a business trip, a family visit, or simply looking for a peaceful place to unwind, our home offers a convenient and welcoming place to stay.

    The home features a full kitchen, central air conditioning, an in-unit washer and dryer, and the everyday essentials you need to feel at home.

    One of the best features of this property is its convenient Sarasota location. Great stay!

Great stay for our quick trip to Sarasota. Bed was comfortable. They had all we needed in the kitchen.

This location was great first day.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was close to everything that we were visiting. We enjoyed that we had a small kitchen to make some meals and a nice place to relax. It was close to a busy road, but off the road enough that we had no problem. Thank you to our hosts.

Quick getaway

Our stay was nice. We were looking for a place with a kitchen to cook the 5.5 lbs. of lobster we bought. The place was well equipped with everything that we needed. Thank you!

Only problem was the highway in front of house

Property was just fine for the price paid. Property managers were very nice people. The only thing we didn’t like was the highway out front. Noisy with a lot of trafic constantly.

The location on a 5-lane road was far too noisy to have been omitted from the description. The flooring had holes in it and there were no cushions on the sleeper sofa. We were shocked to see that it was only a 700 square foot apartment as opposed to the “entire house” promised in the listing. We decided to move on and did not stay at this property after viewing it!
