«I enjoyed having a morning breakfast, it was simple but delicious and allowed me to start my day easily. I requested an early check in which they accommodated and though they could not accommodate a late check out i was allowed to leave my bag so i could explore the city gardens a bit before I headed to the airport.
Great place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood close to the old city centre.»

«Location of the hotel was great. Staff really excellent and very helpful and the breakfast was good. Rooms were very clean but too much fragrance / scent on the sheets and towels and in the room in general.»

«Beautiful property, peaceful atmosphere, and excellent hospitality. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. The host was incredibly kind and offered great tips for exploring São Miguel. Perfect location to relax after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.»

«The hotel is very nice and has a clean style with nice details.
The staff, however is what made this hotel special. Extremely friendly and very helpfull, giving good advice on how to spend our days on the island, and also what not to waste time on, where to drive and where not to drive.
Adapting breakfast for pregnancy needs and generally just making our time there great.

«Great hotel that ill gladly be staying at again when traveling to Sao Miguel, the cleaning staff did great and were friendly, pastries/tea were always loaded in the kitchen, and the convenience of being so close to everything was great! I will say the elevators were a little sketchy sometimes on one occasion suddenly stopping on the 18th floor then not moving for a few seconds then taking us down to the parcade..but that i think was more of a building issue, the hotel was fantastic and i cannot ...
