«The host was extremely helpful when we needed help and even made a call for us to help with train ticket issues since we do not speak Portuguese well enough. He also sent maps on how to get to a few places. Again very convenient and helpful. I will say it is a little bit of a drive to get to a grocery store. "Wow best hotel I have ever stayed at and worth the money, view was magical on the river. The only complaint I could have is that the coffee wasn't good, either at breakfast or at the rooftop, so constructive feedback if the hotel sees it, go see one of the many fantastic roasteries in Porto, this easy inexpensive change really would make the hotel the best of the best."
