The apartment is located on the first floor and is ideal for 2 people. It is equipped with a safe, stovetop, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, TV, Wi-Fi, fans, and air conditioning.

Staff are available Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and will be more than happy to assist you with anything you need during your stay. We value our guests’ safety, so the building has surveillance cameras in the common areas that are active 24 hours a day.

The entire apartment is available to guests, and the building also features a shared courtyard where all guests can enjoy nature and take in a beautiful view of the ancient walls that once divided the city of Santo Domingo.

Electricity is not included for weekly and monthly stays. There is a surcharge of 20 USD per week for electricity consumption for stays longer than 15 nights.

For long-term stays (more than 30 nights), there is a monthly surcharge of 80 USD for electricity consumption.
