«Looking for a dog friendly hotel in or close to Segovia didnt have much choice. Settled on El Rancho and we were delighted. Forgot to tell them we would have a dog when we booked but the reception staff couldnt have been more helpful. Lovely room on ground floor with a patio door out onto a grassed area was perfect for those middle of the night calls. Continental breakfast had lots of choice»

«The hotel has friendly and really helpful staff, especially Andrea at the reception desk gave a lot of effort to help us! As the Old Town of Segovia is on a rather steep hill, the entrance is on the 4th floor, but there is an elevator taking you to you room whichever floor you are on, and down to the breakfast area. Our room on the 3rd floor smelled a bit of tobacco when we came, but after airing a bit, it was all right. Bathtub and big, double, comfortable bed. Varied breakfast buffet. If ...

«A wonderful hotel in easy walking distance to the Alcazar, Cathedral Square and the Aqueduct. A beautiful hotel, our room was very comfortable and spotless with a lovely outlook over the city walls. Breakfast was excellent with something for everyone. Onsite parking is fabulous and was fairly straightforward navigating the old city. We spent 3 bights and really enjoyed our stay.»

«Trivelig hotell midt i smørøyet. Fantastisk beliggenhet i den livlige gågaten, få skritt unna Plaza Major. Vakker middelalderbebyggelse. Fordel med rom bort fra gaten. Litt "snirklete" rom siden bygget er gammelt, men det trivdes vi med. Hyggelig og munter dame som ønsker velkommen. Eneste aber var at frokosten var kjedelig med dårlig utvalg.»

«Nice stay close to everytwe wanted to see. Parking was super, as we have 2 motorcycles with luggage. The only thing is that the water in the shower was too cold for our taste. Told the receptionist, and it got a bit better, but still didn't feel warm. When I say cold, it was probably around 35 degree's celsius. That wasn't enough to feel warm after the shower. Besides that the room was perfect.»
