s’Hort de Can Rita is idyllically located on the outskirts of Es Llombards, near Santanyí. Surrounded by fields and Mediterranean nature, this finca is a true insider tip—many guests return time and again. As the property is very popular, we recommend booking up to a year in advance.



As you arrive, blooming pink oleanders welcome you. Completely renovated in early 2023, the finca consists of three separate units, offering the perfect mix of shared vacation and private retreat. Ideal for families and friends who want to spend time together while still enjoying their own privacy.



The centerpiece is the spacious, sheltered pool area between the main house and the tower. The pool measures 17 x 12 m and is 1.20 to 1.60 m deep. A separate children’s pool and a cozy chill-out area with lounge furniture invite you to relax.



A special highlight is the large outdoor kitchen with barbecue, grill, and a big dining table—perfect for shared meals and warm Mediterranean evenings.



The main house offers three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a shared living room. Two bedrooms are upstairs; one overlooks the pool, the other features a balcony with wide views over the fields.



The separate casita is a superior suite of about 60 m² with a double bed, seating area, freestanding bathtub, and shower room. The studio, about 40 m², has a double bed, a sofa bed, and a separate bathroom.



All units have individually adjustable air conditioning.
