«Overall the hotel, room, and amenities were clean. Breakfast was the same quality as a free continental breakfast at a 1-star motel. We stayed 4 nights, 5 days. The hotel doesn’t tell you that you have to call to get your towels replaced and room cleaned. I called twice and the third time I just asked for fresh towels. The showed up the last day we were there to clean the room. They still didn’t take out the trash. I will not be staying here again.»

7. Lily Hall- A Boutique Hotel

Downtown Pensacola

«This hotel was so unique. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking somewhere to stay other than a chain hotel. The restaurant downstairs was amazing as was the service. There’s even a speakeasy if you want to drink. Since there is no staff at night or a little sundry, I would recommend bringing some bottled water and maybe a snack for your room. It was also very quiet which I love! Would highly recommend this hotel. The only problem we had was it took 10 minutes for the water to warm up ...
