«The staff is so incredibly nice, friendly and helpful. The English in Cartagena is limited amongst locals, but that is no problem with broken Spanish worlds, English and gesticulations. Hotel is located in the newest part of Cartagena which is cheaper than old town, and a bit more quiet. Breakfast which is included, hardly any hotels have this service left, is also good. I would love to come back here again some time.»

«We have stayed in many hotels, but this stay is absolutely the best. Ci was there for 3 weeks and got to know the hotel and staff well. An incredibly pleasant and helpful staff. They smile and are pleasant all day long. They are not demanding or tiring in any way. A friendly staff cannot be measured in money and we are happy to return. Facilities and location were also very good. One of the best holiday trips we have had in many years.»
