The location was absolute perfection. Having access to the beach straight from the deck of the house was excellent. The home is super cozy with classic decor. Furnished with everything you need for a wonderful get away.

This review is of the property not the fun we had as a family on vacation. Main entry into the house is the downstairs bedroom. Looks like a garage converted. The musty smell is bad and the AC isn’t great. There is a toilet and a sink. No shower. By the listing there is room to sleep 4/5. I would not let anyone stay down there so take that into consideration when you decide how many people are staying. Main level is fine. It’s old and out dated. The online pictures are a 10. Reality is it’s about a 6. floors are soft and starting to rot. The smell was kinda bad at first but bought a couple glade plug ins and it took care of it. The furniture is old and there isn’t much of it. Enough to comfortably sit a family of 4/5. Upstairs has two bedrooms, two bath and two showers. Again old and dated but sufficient. Outdoor grill is great outdoor seating is ample and there are some beach things there to use if you like. The location is great. Restaurants, fishing, grocery store etc….. all good and close by. We were a family of 4 and had a great time. I would not recommend more than 6/7 adults at this house and that would be crowded. Overall we had a great time. What’s not to love about being at the beach. Just don’t expect this house to be really nice. It’s adequate but no better than a 5.5 on the 10 scale.

Spring Break 2025

We've been coming to 30a for 14 years, but this is the first time we let our boys bring friends with them. It was an adjustment for Mom and Dad, but the boys had a blast! The bikes were used every single day as the boys explored from Seaside to Rosemary Beach. We had a total of 9 of us and ended up having 1 extra bed, so it was absolutely perfect for our group. The unit had everything we needed and was surprised at the number of available beach chairs. We brought 2 and a cabana and everyone was taken care of.The folks at Oversee were the BEST! Any time we had an issue (which were nothing huge), they responded quickly and resolved quickly. Very professional and we will seek out future properties that they manage.Only negative to the trip is that it ended, but we had a lot of fun and created some great memories with our boys and their friends this year. We'll be back for sure...hopefully next year! :)

Great Beach Stay

The ease of getting to and from the beach is amazing. Yes, there are stairs but not so much that it is not easily manageable (and we had 3 children under 3 and my daughter is pregnant). The porch allows vast views of the ocean, which is great when someone needed to stay up with the little ones for nap time. The management company was very quick to respond when I had questions and or needed anything. Very accommodating! The only issue we had was there were a few dead bugs on the lower level behind the bunk beds. It is Florida. There also seems to be an issue with the main TV (a black line goes down the picture), but we were not there to watch TV. These are very minor things compared to the rest of the place. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location Perfect for the Family!

We had a great time at this home. It was the perfect size with all the amenities for our family. Being on the beach made beach trips with little ones super easy. The beach was a little crowded but that was expected during a spring break week. Overall we had a fantastic time and hope to be back!

Spring Break 2023

This is a great area to stay without all the hustle of Spring Breakers all over the beach. Extremely safe area and nice surroundings. The house was nice and owners were very responsive to anything we needed as well as handy man fixing the TV when it went out. The only issue we had was that the downstairs smelled a bit musty and sometimes the kitchen area. The downstairs smell you could smell as soon as you walked in the door... my son and his 3 college friends did not seem to mind it as much. The rest of the house is very nice and an extremely short walk to the beach. We did buy 4 beach chairs and could not get them in the vehicles, so we left them in the downstairs closets for future renters or owners!!

Perfect for 2 families/11 people

Loved all the beach chairs & toys provided. My daughter even took the surf board out, & actually learned to surf. Beautiful beach! Our own private area. Love the porch & swing. We grilled almost every night. Such a quick drive to delicious coffee/ice cream, restaurants. 30 minutes to destin or 30 minutes to PCB. Super convenient. Absolutely beautiful home. 1st floor does have an odour, but we put the teenage boys in that room & they blended right in lol. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Great Location

Location was perfect! We had two children 3 and 1 and having private beach access just a few feet away was perfect. The bedrooms each had there own bathroom. The bunkbed room downstairs had a weird smell but other than that everything was great!

Amazing location

Location, location, location! Property is located right on the beach. Beautiful views and private access to the beach. Location is perfect because you won’t see the beach crowded. The property looks exactly as in the pictures. All beds are super comfortable. The property manager, Joy, is the best, she is quick to respond and address any issues. Will definitely return.

Fantastic Property for girls 60th bday trip!

We had a group of 9 college friends celebrating our 60th birthdays. Many of them were flying in from NJ, Denver, Akron while the rest were driving in from the SE. Initially it was difficult to have a layover for a 4 day trip but I assured them this would be worth their while. The house was incredible. Lots of space on the interior and outside and the beach is the closest you can get in all of 30A. Joy came over to meet us and bring a few items and in all my 29 years of renting on 30A, I have never had better communication with a Mgmt company. The only thing that could have made the trip better was the "red tide" not being a strong visitor! Pretty awful but we certainly got around it and took advantage of everything available on the property. Elite30A is the best!

Girls Trip

This house is right on the beach, so a great location. Great views. The top two floors are pretty and updated. The bottom floor/bunk room needs updating and smelled very musty. The gate and porch need some repairs. We enjoyed our stay, but no one was able to stay in the bunk room.

Great beach front location!

Our family had a great time at Gone Coastal! It was so convenient being located right on the beach. Check in/check out very easy. Great size home for our group to spread out too. Joy (property manager) was very helpful with everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

Gone Coastal - Perfect for 8

Gone Coastal was perfect for our 2 families, including 4 adults and 4 teens. Great location, right on the beach, and just across the street from the lake. Another bonus is that it’s less than a mile from Buddy’s where we purchased fresh seafood for dinner nearly every night. Lastly, Joy was a fantastic host!

relaxing get away

We loved the location of this home because it was away from the busier parts of Seaside and Rosemary but still a bike ride away. The beach is just outside the door and the home came with its own beach chairs and umbrellas. The linens were nice and the kitchen was well equipped. The property manager was great to work with and was kind and quick to respond. A great trip!

Amazing!!!

We could not have loved it more! The house was set up perfectly for our two families! So cozy and spacious and equipped with EVERYTHING we needed! Beachfront was phenomenal, and we felt right in the middle of all the great 30A attractions without being surrounded by crowds. Joy was exceptional with her communication. We have vacationed here since our son was born 6 years ago, and this was our favorite trip so far! Highly recommend this private little slice of paradise!
