«We were very happy with Cozy for Two. It’s a charming carriage house with a private entrance. Clean, beautifully decorated. Excellent use of the space. Kitchen is well stocked & there’s plenty of towels, trash bags, hangers and other essentials. Diane & Bernie are delightful and responsive.»

«This is a beautiful, well-maintained property with a great back patio. Property owners were instant in all replies and very congenial. The master bedroom noise from the adjacent highway was pretty noticeable but a white noise machine was provided. Restaurants, market, and coffee shop are all within walking distance; beach is a short 2-3 minutes away. Check-in/out were super easy. This was a very nice experience. Thanks for your hospitality!!»

«This is the cutest property and was perfect for the four of us. We loved the pool and hot tub so much we didn’t even venture to the gulf water - which is close by. You’re also going to love the screened in front porch.The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the house is stocked with everything you might need for your stay.»

«Very clean. Lots of extras (cleaning supplies, laundry/dish detergent). Minimal negative that some of the finishes are worn, pillows are useless (flat). But really; might be the best VRBO we’ve rented. Location is perfect. Host could not have been more accommodating (I had booked the wrong week initially). Host was quick to respond to any questions. I would recommend this one (or any of the host’s three other properties) without hesitation. Can’t go wrong!»

«Overall, the house layout and location were perfect for my family and my sister‘s family. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean. I do have a few things to consider. The kitchen is minimally stocked. We do a lot of cooking family meals, and there were two pans to cook with, one of which was so scratched on the bottom I’m sure it was hazardous for our health. We ended up buying new pans to cook with. There are no spices at all. The main floor toilet lid and seat broke right off on the ...
