Tidlig innsjekk, juniorsuitene er like stor som en leilighet. Fin beliggenhet og kort kjøretur til stranden hvis man har bil.

Nytt hotell med international standard
Veldig bra hotell versus pris. Gratis parkering på eiendommen, også innendørs. Gran Alacant er ikke verdens midtpunkt, men nærme nok for de som tar en stopp i nærheten av Alicante og/eller flyplassen.

Nytt bra hotell med gode senger
Nytt fint hotell. Hyggelig personell både i resepsjonen og matsal. Påpekning å bordene var fint, men bestikket var for barn. Små gafler, kniver ok men skjeer var teskjeer. Vanskelig å spise cornflakes med teskje. Frokost var bufe med begrenset utvalg.

Fint basseng på taket med solstoler.

Die Unterkunft ist super ruhig und sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind wunderbar ausgestattet und das Bad lässt nicht zu wünschen übrig. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Ein Highlight war der Pool auf dem Dach, der sehr schön und sauber war. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

I had to book as a last minute emergency when my friends flight from another country was cancelled and I needed somewhere near Alicante airport. I booked online and paid a great price.
The hotel is super clean and lovely staff and welcome.Highly recommended!!

Leider ist das Hotel nicht besonders gut gedämmt. Daher bekommt man sehr viel von den Nachbarn und der Straße mit. Jedoch ist es, gerade wenn man sehr spät in Alicante landet, eine sehr gute und schnell erreichbare Unterkunft. Mehr als eine Nacht würde ich jedoch nicht enpfehlen.
Bedauerlicherweise war unsere Tür defekt (die Tür konnte nicht geschlossen werden)jedoch wurde dies nur entschuldigt. Ein Rabatt oder ein anderes Zimmer wurde uns nicht angeboten.
Trotzdem war das Hotel sehr sauber. Zudem verfügt es über eine Tiefgarage, welche man für einen kleinen Betrag nach buchen kann.

BEWARE:
The good:
There are supermarkets and dining places nearby
standard rooms and decent sized balcony
The bad:
There was hair in the shower from the past occupant. Hotel room was very low hygiene.
Paid for breakfast for one day and it was cold, they do not bother to refresh food after some time. Though there is a toaster there
We were provided false promises about the facilities that were available. It was always difficult to get a straight forward answer from them
Was not treated with respect regarding queries; perhaps because i am of colour. It is not welcoming.
Tried to send a complaints email and it was blatantly ignored. Prior to my stay there were no communication issues.
This hotel takes no accountability.
Conclusion:
Bad hygiene, poor communication and dismissive approach. I will not be staying here again. (from the UK)

In your case, you asked us from the beginning to offer you free wine, flowers, breakfasts or dinners because it was the birthday (the week before the stay) of one of you and, respecting the protocol that we have established for the birthdays of our guests (always during the stay), we could not meet your request, but we offered you complimentary chocolates accompanying the wine, which you dismissed when you knew the price of it.
