The estate is completely fenced, making it ideal for families with children. It also has a parking space in the same building for one vehicle.



The American kitchen, modern and functional, is equipped with an induction hob and everything necessary to comfortably prepare your meals: fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, crockery and kitchen utensils.



Among other amenities, the house features a fireplace, electric radiators, Wi-Fi internet, TV with satellite channels (Spanish, English, German), hair dryer and iron.



It is also close to supermarkets, restaurants and train and bus stations.



It is recommended to hire a car to fully enjoy the surroundings and conveniently access nearby beaches and places of interest.
