On the rooftop you'll find a large terrace with spectacular views of Alcúdia bay. Access is shared, but each apartment has its own area and furniture, so you can sunbathe, have breakfast or dine outdoors in peace.



Location



You're on the seafront, in an area that's lively in summer and with everything at hand: restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. The fine sand beach is just a step away and stretches for kilometres, with options for sun loungers, parasols and water sports.

About 10 minutes' walk away you'll reach Ses Casetes des Capellans, famous for its atmosphere and restaurants (perfect for a paella!).



If you fancy exploring, don't miss Alcúdia, Pollença, the S'Albufera natural park or the Campanet caves. It's not essential to have a car.
