In the quiet village of Son Serra de Marina, we find this wonderful villa, perfect for a swim in its private salt pool, 7 m long and 4 m wide and with a depth that goes from 1 m to 1,6 m. It has an outdoor shower. It has an outdoor shower. You can also enjoy sunbathing in the sun, have a delicious breakfast, or relax with a good book in the chill-out area.

The modern house, decorated with great style and marine ornaments, is distributed over two floors.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious open floor plan living area with two sofas, a Smart TV, AC, and a decorative fireplace. The open kitchen is equipped with an induction hob and all the amenities to cook delicious meals. The dining area offers unbeatable views of the pool. Completing the ground floor, you will find a guest toilet.

Once upstairs, on the first floor, you will find the 5 bedrooms, the first one with a double bed, TV, AC, access to the balcony, wardrobe, and en suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom, with a double bed, includes among its amenities AC, wardrobe, and desk, and also has access to the balcony. The third bedroom has a double bed with a bunk bed. The fourth bedroom has a double bed, AC, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with shower. The last bedroom also has a double bed and wardrobe. Finally, on this floor, there is another bathroom with a shower. It is worth mentioning that the flat has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. And if you are traveling with children, we can also provide a cot and a high chair.

A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation.There is a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years old, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between €0.55/night per guest during the low season and €2.20/night per guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay.
