The soft and fresh sea breeze can be felt from any corner of this house, specially from the front terrace while reading a good book or having a coffee or tea admiring the lively street. The warm temperature invites to take some walks to the sea and cool down all the time you feel like. Afterwards, no doubt you may feel hungry so you can taste a delicious barbecue under the porch, the perfect place for meals all together not only during the day but also in the evening and at night.

When you enter, the house offers an ample space which includes the living room and the dining area, perfectly furnished for you to relax on the sofa while chatting or taking a little nap. This moment will be even nicer thanks to the satellite TV and the air-conditioning. The kitchen is independent, and it features a gas stove and access to the patio. At the same time, it presents a renewed touch for our guests to feel at home when cooking their favourite dishes. The washing machine, the iron and the ironing board are located outdoors. There are two shower bathrooms (one of the outside) and three bedrooms with a closet each in order to rest comfortably. Two of the bedrooms come with a double bed and the last one has two single beds. If you are travelling with your baby, a cot and a high chair also are available. Up to 3 fans can be provided in case you need them.

Can Picafort is a very quiet coastal area inhabited by locals mainly during the coldest months. In the summer, it becomes a touristic and lively spot where you will find all services you may need and a wide variety of places and plans to carry out, like having a drink at the seashore. The large extension of the beach and the water sports are a great idea to spend an entertained day. In the evening, we recommend you taking a long walk or got to Puerto de Alcudia which is even livelier.

Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation.
