«Very clean and staff was very helpful»

«Do not stay here the pictures on Expedia are not the same pictures at the place. The place is completely outdated. If there are any nice rooms, they were not where you could see them. The shower had a hole behind the showerhead scratches and tears everywhere.»

«The property is ideally situated to enjoy the historic center of Santa Fe with an easy walk to great restaurants and galleries. This was our third visit to the Rosewood Inn and we highly recommend the Inn for its friendly and helpful staff. The Inn has a hotel shuttle that will take and pick up guests to and from destinations as far as three miles away from the hotel, and we used it frequently. We'll definitely be coming back.»

«What a special place. My wife and I were here for our 25th Anniversary. Manuel (owner) took spectacular care of us. The breakfast gathering is NOT to be missed, but reserve you place early. It is a wonderful place to stay!»

«Mouse in room | High price, low value Around 12am on our 3rd night, we awoke to sounds of a mouse scurrying around. We opened the doors and scooted it out onto the second story patio. Checking the room, we then found several droppings. We called front desk, who told us there were no rooms we could move to. They sent cleaners to vacuum our room and change bedding, which finished about 1am. The next morning, we spoke with the front desk manager, who offered to refund our resort fees ($55 per ...

«Jay at the desk was wonderful. We had an issue with the tv in the room and she worked continuously to resolve it. She was kind and professional. Thanks Jay.»

«Good service nice breakfast unique hotel»

«The staff was wonderful!»

«The manager and staff at this property absolutely ABHOR Expedia customers. They REFUSED to help change a room because I didn't book directly with them. The manager told me she COULD help me if I had booked directly, but WOULDN'T help me because I booked with Expedia. They then LIED to Expedia when Expedia called to make the change. I had the absolutely WORST hotel experience in my entire life (and I travel a lot). The staff was ABUSIVE. I DID NOT end up staying the 2 nights I booked because I ...

«Hotellet har veldig bra beliggenhet noen minutt fra sentrum. Vi bodde i 2etg men det er ikke heis!»

«Great traditional casita with modern amenities. Very comfortable for two, whether you want to stay in or enjoy the nightlife. Everything was very walkable.»

«Stayed for 8 nights. Nice and clean, comfy beds, good breakfast in a tidy breakfast room, always food on trays, fresh and nice. Room made up nicely every day. Pleasant staff. Perfect hotell for our trip, easy access, close to «down town» Santa Fe. Close to Meow Wolf which was a great experience. »

«Great room! Comfy bed. Loved the fireplace especially during the rainy days we were there. Very cool property. Fun band, great food truck, awesome vibe. Really great coffee in the lobby. Plus a nice seating area and bar. Hot tub and sauna were unfortunately closed for a private event but looked lovely. Too chilly to enjoy the swim club, but I bet it’s pretty fun in the summer. Will definitely stay there again next trip to Santa Fe.»

«Clean and fairly new. Breakfast was hot, had a pool but no bar or happy hour»
