Welcome to The Vibrant Nook! (Permit #251238). This bright and colorful home comfortably accommodates up to four people. It consists of two bedrooms, a stocked kitchen, a cozy living room, and a cute front porch. The interior is colorfully painted and decorated for a fun stay outside of the norm! Just a 6-minute walk to the beach, a 3-minute walk to Pleasure Point surfing, and a 5-minute walk to eateries and shops on 41st Ave.

- Outdoor activities are prohibited between 9 PM - 8 AM

Pleasure Point is a beloved coastal neighborhood. Known for its world-class surfing, laid-back ambiance, and breathtaking ocean views, it's a haven for beachgoers and water enthusiasts. The iconic surf breaks like "The Hook" attract surfers from around the world. This vibrant community boasts a unique blend of surf shops, cafes, and local boutiques. Stroll along East Cliff Drive, savor fresh seafood, or catch a mesmerizing sunset from the cliffs. With its bohemian spirit and proximity to the lively Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Pleasure Point offers a quintessential California beach experience.



This is not a good place for gatherings or parties, so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! While we offer free street parking, you'll find plenty of public transportation options nearby. Explore Santa Cruz with ease, either on foot or using local buses. For those arriving by air, the closest airport is just a short drive away. Travel times to major transit hubs and the airport are conveniently accessible from our location, making your stay stress-free.



Other Things to Note:

- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done regularly. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.

- There is NO dishwasher at the property, so dishes will need to be hand-washed.

- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.

- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy, and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last-minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move, or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
