The location is excellent! A block and an half from the beach and marina. It has a nice partial view of the ocean. (Though VRBO has it located right next to the Twin Lakes Beach. Not sure why.) There’s a coffee shop and a Mexican restaurant by the marina parking lot.Deek’s deli and Adorable French bakery are very close by too. The Murray Str Bridge which is a shortest route to the boardwalk is under the construction so we had to take a long way around. Condo itself is basically equipped, there are pans and a small pot. It needs a big pot, knives, mugs and coffee maker (thank goodness for the coffee shop by the beach), kitchen towels would be nice since the kitchen is too small to have a dishwasher. Bathrooms lacked hand towels. Cleanliness - bathroom had some mold around the tub and fridge was full of old food. The host was very cooperative when I called him and notified him of food leftovers in the refrigerator and he came over right away and cleaned it all out. The whole place could use a little bit of TLC. Line the cabinets with new shelf liner paper, a fresh coat of paint or good scrubbing of cabinets, and doors etc. The aluminum blind in the bedroom is not very effective in blocking the bright light from twofloodlights next to the window. Bed was comfortable. We spent ample amount of time on the beach between cool morning walks and sunny afternoons and taking a coastal walk from boardwalk to natural bridges state beach. Thank you for a nice stay!
