«Très spacieux, lumineux et propre. Vue à la mer est juste magnifique. Pratique pour acheter des bons viennoiseries le matin. Nous avons bien dormi avec la bonne quantité de matelas. Dommage il n’y a pas de clime dans le séjour, pas de machine à vaisselle ni parking privé. »

«Wir waren 2 Wochen vor Ort (Ende August/Anfang September), perfekt für uns und unseren Hund! Kurzer Fußweg zum Meer, Garten mit Schattenplätzen! Wir hatten absolute Ruhe und konnten uns gut erholen! Einzig der Zugang zum Objekt ist etwas schwierig über eine steile Steintreppe, da das Haus direkt am Meer liegt (Felsenküste). Für uns war dies jedoch kein Problem. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!»

«Pros: la sig.ra Rocchetta simpatica e disponibile. casa pulita completa di tutto ed più grande rispetto alle foto. Inoltre la zona e' tranquillissima, vista mare garantita e raggiungibile a piedi. Posizione ottima per raggiungere Lecce, santa Maria di Leuca, castro marina. Consigliatissimo. Noi con un neonato abbiamo avuto la massima comodità. Torneremo l'anno prossimo!»

Le foto, seppur belle e accurate, non rendono quanto la casa sia effettivamente perfetta: si vede fino dal primo istante che l'host Fabiana, con la sua gentilezza, cerca in tutti i modi di rendere piacevole il soggiorno ai propri ospiti. «Casa nuova, pulita e accessoriata di ogni comfort, letti comodi; proprietario disponibile per ogni necessità ma mai invadente. Posizione ottima per visitare le più belle spiagge della zona. Presenti ottimi servizi e negozi nelle vicinanze anche senza usare l'auto. La casa è ben ventilata, nonostante il caldo non è stato necessario accendere l'aria condizionata. Bellissimo il patio attrezzato antistante dall'appartamento dove abbiamo cenato frescheggiando all'aperto. Sicuramente da consigliare. »
