I have to say that this hotel is overrated,when we arrived at our room there was a strong smell of some kind of incense,so strong that I requested to be moved to different room,we tried two more rooms and we managed to settle in in a smaller room,no compensation was offered for having to moved to s smaller least smelly room,when I booked the room I paid extra for for a bigger and more expensive room and we were to get a bottle of wine and a coffee plantation tour but did not received it,The staff at the restaurant were just ok ,found out they have two different menus,the Spanish was much better than the English version.The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful when it came to find a taxi for us to take us to a different town .Overall the hotel needs some work and the rooms do smell old and musty, hence the strong scent used to cover it
