Apartment for the exclusive use of guests, with private and independent access, consisting of a living room, kitchen, and bedroom with an en suite bathroom.
The living room features a two-seater sofa, two armchairs, and a chaise longue that converts into two beds. Dining table that seats 4 people, refrigerator with freezer, Smart TV, and Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, and range hood. It also includes a toaster, coffee maker, juicer, and other amenities for your stay.
The full bathroom, in addition to towels and a hair dryer, is stocked with shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.

Guests also have access to two terraces located next to the apartment’s entrance. One features a table and chairs for 4 people, and the other has two lounge chairs. Both have umbrellas and spectacular views, for the exclusive use of guests.

Access to the property is shared with the owners of the home.
Guests also have access to a washing machine in an adjoining area of the property, shared with the owners.

Since this is a shared home, we, the owners, will be in the house during your stay, which will be very helpful for guests should they need anything.
