The property has a floor area of approximately 260 m² and is situated on a private plot of 7,500 m² with a garden and fruit trees, providing a sense of space and privacy.
It is spread over two floors and offers light-filled spaces, with all rooms facing outwards.
On the upper floor is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, fitted with a 180 cm double bed and access to a terrace overlooking the garden, the swimming pool and the surrounding countryside. The bathroom features a bath and a bidet.
On the ground floor there are three bedrooms: one with a 150 cm double bed and two others with two single beds, each 90 cm wide. On this floor there are also two full bathrooms with showers, a living room with two sofas, a coffee table and a 50-inch television with access to streaming platforms, a separate dining room with a large table, and a kitchen equipped with appliances and kitchenware, as well as a small breakfast bar with stools.
The house also has a washing machine, a clothes horse, an iron and an ironing board. Furthermore, it features air conditioning with a heat pump in the living room and the bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable temperature all year round.
Outside, the property offers several distinct areas. In front of the house, a covered porch leads onto the garden, with a private 10x5 metre pool, a lawn area, and a shaded chill-out space with armchairs and a low table.
Next to the main entrance, there is a second covered porch with a built-in barbecue, a wood-fired oven and an outdoor seating area, designed for al fresco dining and gatherings.
The property also has on-site parking, with covered space for two vehicles and an outdoor area for several more.
SERVICES
- The house has Wi-Fi, bed linen and bath towels for all guests. Pool towels are also provided.
- A cot and high chair are available on request; we recommend booking these in advance to ensure availability.
OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS
- In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, in force since 2 December 2024, it is compulsory to complete the online check-in for all guests and pay the tourist tax prior to arrival. This measure applies to all tourist accommodation in Menorca.
- The tourist tax is not included in the total price and costs 2.20 per person per night. The amount will be charged at the time of online registration via a link provided to the guest.
- Before arrival, and once registration and payment of the tax have been completed, we will send you all the information you need to access the property, as well as useful details for your stay. Should you have any queries or require advice, we are available and will be delighted to assist you via our customer service team.
- To keep the pool and garden in the best possible condition, our team carries out two maintenance visits a week, usually around 9.00 am. Visits are brief, discreet, and limited solely to the outdoor areas of the property.
- A damage deposit of €900 will be charged on the day of arrival, by credit card. Once the property has been inspected and provided there are no issues, the amount will be refunded by the same method within 5 days of check-out.
- The furniture, décor or certain features of the property may have been refurbished or updated over time, so there may be slight differences compared to the photographs shown.
HOW TO GET AROUND
We recommend having your own vehicle, whether a car or a scooter, as the property is located in a rural setting and there is no direct public transport service to the house.
Sant Lluís is less than a 5-minute drive away and offers bus connections to other parts of the island, including Mahón, the airport and various places of interest.
If you prefer to use public transport, there are bus routes connecting Sant Lluís with other towns and beaches across Menorca. Timetables may vary depending on the season, so we recommend checking the Mou-t Menorca website for the latest information.
