This villa boasts an exclusive location, situated just 250 meters from the sandy beach of Cala Vadella—a true privilege. It is an old estate with a spacious plot of over 7,000 m², which was completely renovated in 2014. Given the size of the property and the absence of other homes on the grounds, it offers exceptional privacy. Additionally, access is secured by an automatic gate, preventing other vehicles from entering.
The house can accommodate up to 7 people. There is a master bedroom and an adjacent bathroom with a bathtub. Adjacent to this room is the dining room. The area comprising the bedroom and bathroom can be completely enclosed by a large sliding door, providing guests with greater privacy.
The dining room is separate, though it’s adjacent to the kitchen. Here, too, there’s a sliding door to separate these two rooms if guests wish. The dining room opens onto a comfortable, bright living room featuring a large sofa, armchairs, a fireplace, and a large TV with international channels. The living room has a door leading to the pool.
The kitchen is spacious, bright, and well-equipped. It features a breakfast bar, a long countertop with plenty of workspace, and all the necessary appliances. From here, a hallway leads to the second bedroom, which has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Next to the kitchen is another large room with access to the pool area, which serves as a pantry and laundry room with plenty of storage space, a washer, and a dryer.

From here, you enter the third bedroom, which has its own bathroom with a shower. This room features a large tatami area with three Japanese-style futon beds that can be joined or separated according to the tenant’s needs. This room has a door leading directly outside.
At the front of the house is the pool, surrounded by a high-quality artificial lawn. To enjoy this area, there are several lounge chairs, outdoor tables and armchairs, as well as a chill-out bed. There is an outdoor shower.
The dining room is separate, though it’s right next to the kitchen. Here, too, there’s a sliding door to separate the two spaces.
Under a covered porch in this same area is the barbecue, which offers plenty of space and features a large grill along with an outdoor table.
The house is equipped with all the amenities and features high-quality finishes. It has an alarm system, automated blind controls, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and central heating. Additionally, right on Cala Vadella beach, you’ll find supermarkets, bars, and restaurants, as well as a bus to take you to other parts of the island.
