«The hotel has free shuttle bus to airport, but we did not use it as it not fit out plan. We booked room for 4 person, 2 adults and 2 children, but hotel told us as we booked 3 persons room (room type 3 beds), we need to pay extra to have all family to enjoy the breakfast. I shows the reception the booking confirmation and even Hotels.com information for the room, they refused and insisted we need to pay extra to have breakfast.
