Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a perfect home for a couple or small family. Proximity to the beach & Captiva businesses is awesome. «Accomodations were simple but adequate for our purpose. The property was as advertised. When full, the parking is difficult. It is first come, first served with no demarcation on where or how to park. This normally wouldn't be an issue but sometimes an entitled person just parks willy-nilly and that makes it more difficult for everyone else.»

«We enjoyed our time in this area. The property was great, with a screened-in patio area, which we have found is a MUST in this area due to the no-see-ums and mosquitoes. Loved having coffee first thing in the morning before getting out on the water and sitting out there in the evenings. If you like mangoes and are there during mango season, you are going to love the tree on the property. Please note that at the time of our visit, the boat lift was inoperable, which made some days a challenge ...
