«We had a very pleasant stay after requesting we be moved to a less remote room with a better view. The staff was friendly, though we could not always get the information we needed. We were not on the all-inclusive plan and when we wanted a little breakfast we were told the dining room was only serving a buffet. «This is a hidden gem. The location is lovely. The hotel is updated and spacious with a large pool, hot tub and sauna. Wilbur and Marla (staff) were exceptional. They were warm and welcoming and available to help whenever needed. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our time in Bermuda but our time at Hillcrest was the exceptional. Thank you »
