«Quite an American feel complex for a small Bahamian island. Wasn’t expecting quite so many units. Feels quite Floridian. Unless you have an Ocean Front you really won’t get much of a sea view more the property facing you! Palapa grill was pretty disappointing for breakfast and dinner but the 23 North restaurant was well worth the money and we ate there twice. »

«Just stayed a wonderful week at this amazing property. Rented a car from Thompson-Honda fit ($330) for the week. That is all you need. You don’t need a Jeep. Trust me. We went every place on the island you can go and it was fine. Only used 1/4 tank the whole week and we were gone everyday. The Nixon house is perfect for a getaway. Is 30 mintues from Georgetown, so plan for that, but access to amazing beaches is easy, and close to Exuma Water Sports as well for pig tours, etc. Overall would stay here again.
