"They call themselves a luxury resort, but that was only the aesthetic part. It looks like they have invested in things to make a great first impression, but have saved on important things for the customers. Rooms: the rooms were nice, but not the bathroom! Old bathrooms that were missing toilet seat. No shampoo nor conditioner. We had connected double rooms, but only one of them had balcony and double closet. Breakfast: very limited range of food. They use disposable plastic cups for water and juice (not very sustainable). Restaurant: in their marketing advertising they say they have two restaurants, but in reality there were only one with poor quality of the food. Fitness room: to call themselves a wellness resort, the offer of fitness facilities were poor. No water available nor towels. But the worse thing was that it had no air conditioning!! It was almost 40 degrees outside, and no cooling in the fitness room! The room was also in the basement so there were no signals for 3G, nor WiFi. WiFi: in general there were hardly any or no signals, and also very unstable. Pool: no WiFi signals at all. I had expected that beach towels were included, but they charged you every day. There was no information that said that everyone in the pool must use a cover for the hair. They charged us for that as well. Customer service: very little service minded I don’t recommend this place if you’re looking for luxury wellness."
