«The resident owners were extremely helpful and pleasant to us. The property, while very old, was clean, with updated interiors. We would definitely recommend the Marin Lodge to others as an alternative to large corporate hotel motel/hotel chains. Our stay was surprisingly good in every way.»

«Very fresh and nice room, facing away from the main road. Spacious, nice furniture, spotless and clean. Good beds, quiet room, no noise from neighbours. The breakfast is mostly sugary foods, not unusual in motels, but a bit too sweet for a European. The hotel is practically next to a highway, easy to find, but the area itself isn’t very interesting. You have to drive to get to a shop or an area to go for a walk, and you can hear the traffic from the highway. Free parking and wifi.»

«This hotel has guests that stay for a long time so there are stovetops, a fridge and microwave in the rooms. Unfortunately, people were cooking foods that did not smell good and it drifted into the hallway and room. There should be complimentary air fresheners for guests. It’s also next to a freeway so noise is an issue. The staff was sweet and the price was decent for a room. Didn’t visit the pool or spa »
