«Premetto che io normalmente sto a 21 gradi a casa mia, detto cio NON andate mai in inverno. 1) la proprietà scalda solo le stanze con il condizionatore ma dato che la casa è ghiacciata pareti e pavimento rilasciano un freddo che il condizionatore non riesce a compensare. 2) bagno in stanza ghiacciato perché la proprietà non accende il calorifero 3) area colazione a circa 13 gradi dato che la proprietà non accende riscaldamento della casa come detto sopra. 3) fa più freddo in casa che fuori ...

«Pros: The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a historic building right on the main plaza of Carloforte, which makes it the perfect starting point for enjoying the town. It is beautifully decorated and has everything one needs to the stay (cooking utensils, towels, etc.). Everything is walking distance. The host was very friendly and responsive. Cons: Nothing negative.»

"Vi bodde på dette hotellet i fjor sommer også. Beliggenheten er upåklagelig med gangavstand til restauranter i byen. Lett å parkere utenfor når en har bil. Ekstra plasser er lite stykke unna på enden av promenaden. Frokosten er enkel og god med både salt og søtt. Pluss for lokale råvarer. Svært hyggelig betjening som snakker bra engelsk også (ikke alltid tilfellet på Sardinia). De har også startet en restaurant som vi ikke har prøvd enda. Beliggenheten ved promenaden er ypperlig. Rommene er rene og pene og høy valuta for pengene. De driver og jobber med å skifte ut noen air-conditioner som ikke fungerer bra. Alt i alt et bra HOSTEL som ikke raner lommeboka di."
