"Had a great stay at Ratilanna, we found the hotel to be well maintained and liked the location. Rooms was spacious and comfortable. The personnel was very serviceminded and helpful. Hotel is a bit outside the city centre but a 5-10 min grabride takes you easy to and back to the city. Breakfast was very nice. A bit high price in the bar and I wish they extended their "happy hour" it was a bit limited compared to othe hotels we have stayed in. All in all a great stay"

"Ok hotel with a good location. It's not a 4-start hotel though, more like a 3+. The staff was very nice, breakfast was great and the pool are was nice. Walking distance (25 minutes to old town). The room was spacious and comfortable, but it had a dusty and mouldy smell. When we told the reception, they came and sprayed something which didn't really solve the problem. It was also very hard to turn the lights on and off, and internet connection was unstable some days. This hotel is very old, and could really need some renovations. "

"First time visiting Chiang Mai. Found this hotel with decent reviews. The stay was overall good. Very relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast area was very good with good options for hot and cold food. Staff was very friendly. Had a nice cafe next to the reception. The location of the hotel is very good. Right next to the night market. The room was good and the bathroom looked new. The hotel is somewhat old but it was very nice. Gym and pool area was satisfying. "
