«The location was absolutely perfect. The view was stunning. The unit itself met our needs however the bed was extremely hard. The communication with the host was challenging and did cause me concern as trying to get a response to my questions or concerns was difficult. But all in all it turned out Just fine. »

No need to go north of the airport for groceries & supplies, plenty of options within a few minutes of the villas and those areas north like Super Food and Ling & Sons are complete madness with people & traffic. Rustic but lovely and tranquil. Glad we booked here.»

«The owner (I believe his name is jay) was extremely helpful and very quick to respond. The location is centrally located from downtown and palm beach! I would recommend if you stay here, to rent a car, but we are so happy we did! The place was very clean, air conditioned and spacious. Jay was more than accommodating with any recommendations or questions we had about the island! We will be back!!!»

«Very poor response from Host. Twice no response at all. Also, the unit's bathroom and shower had a lot of mold! And the unit had ants. Sometimes, no hot water. It was listed as beachfront, but the beach was a rock cliff.Disappointing! »

«The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The pool was sparkling. A cooler was offered with chairs for the beach, as well as towels to use at the pool. We had hoped the beach was closer and a vending machine for drinks and snacks or even a mini mart nearby. The manager offered us to come back. The price is great and we may take him up on it.»

«Room view was 100/10. However, the room only came with 1 towel a person for 4 days. The shower had standing water. We needed to checkout early and communication was difficult and we were not given check out instructions. Location is very out of the way of tourist spots if you’re looking for a local area. »

«I recommend this place to someone who loves privacy. We received great care from the host. We stayed in the king bedroom, which was super comfortable and spacious. It was only a 5-7 minute walk to the beach, going through the passageway, which was super convenient since we did not rent a car, and the bus stop was also right in front of the Marriot which was right outside the passageway. The room was clean, the bathroom was nice and clean as well, and they had a number we could call if we needed ...

«This is a total sham. A con job. I did not get anything till the last day of this luxurious suite. I originally reserved a house with pool and hot tub. It was a bait and switch, never got an email confirming reservation because you all were giving me a dump of a room, not a house that I reserved. The room is very small the furniture is from the Salvation Army. I have plenty of photos to share with the bbb and all on Facebook. «What a perfect place to stay. Close but away from the hustle and bustle. Quiet, modern, clean, and easy. Location was great. Beaches were beautiful. Was nice being able to eat at home some of the time. I guess the only thing is that the stairs are narrow and short. If you have a toddler or elderly you may just talk to management and see if they have one more accessible. I would definitely recommend. I’m super discerning and I wouldn’t change a thing.»
