«*Make sure you have a SIM card for WiFi and GPS. And use the business address (STR Agriculture) next door to the complex to direct you to the apartment. The GPS can take you off path if you use the address given. Do not look for the L on 18L; only 18 will be posted on the front of the building. We were very satisfied with the one bedroom we rented. The small complex is fairly new so everything was fresh on the inside and very clean. The A/C and hot water worked well. No complaints of anything ...

«We rented this unit because it had a hot tub.When we arrived the hot tub wouldn't work. We called the host, Victor, and he said he would fix it the next day. We waited almost all day before someone came. The guy said he had to take it apart. We said no because the tub said air in lines. He did bleed the lines and it worked for 2 days. Then they came to clean it and when we went to use it that night it was cold. No power to the tub. I emailed Victor and he said to turn the power on,which we did ...

«We really enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable and as described in the listing. It was clean and safe. The only side note is that if you have young kids, the pool doesn’t really have a shallow end. The shallowest part is about 5.5 feet deep, so the kids had to wear floaties all the time. Other than that, our stay was wonderful. They have plenty of linens, towels, a cooler and beach chairs. We look forward to coming back. »
