The light-flooded holiday home “ Bergsuite” is surrounded by mountains at 1.1000m of altitude and just 7 km away from St.Martin in Passeier. It is the perfect accommodation for a relaxed holiday surrounded by nature or for a ski getaway, and it impresses guests with its breathtaking views over the surrounding mountains, its bright interiors with large windows and high-quality wooden furnishings, as well as with its beautiful outdoor area. It consists of a living room (with a sofa bed for 2 people), a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a small library, 4 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, 3 with a queensize bed), as well as 2 bathrooms and it can therefore accommodate 8 people. There is a chimney in the chalet and a fireplace outside the property. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, satellite television, board games, a travel baby cot (upon request), a highchair (upon request), and a washing machine. One of the main attractions of the property is its stunning outdoor area with breathtaking views over the mountains. Here you will find sun loungers where you can relax under the sun in the summer, a dining table and a barbecue, as well as a jacuzzi where you can enjoy a glass of wine under the starry sky. The closest shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are in the village of St Martin in Passeier, which can be reached after 14 minutes driving (7km). This is the perfect accommodation for skiing and winter sports enthusiasts, as there are many ski stations in the area such as Bergbanen Pfelders (39 minutes driving, 26km) or Racines Giovo (1 hour and 10 minutes driving; 46.5km).



Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. A daily cleaning service is available at an extra charge. Smoking is forbidden. A bread roll service is available. A breakfast basket can be provided upon request. E-bikes can be provided for an additional cost. A laundry service is available upon request. We offer a pick-up service from and to the nearest train or bus station on the day of arrival and departure.



Dogs are allowed at extra cost per night and dog, yet they are not allowed on the sofa or the bed.
