«Helpful and nice staff. The hostel is right in the city centre and it was quite noisy until very late. It is not allowed to flush toilet paper in the toilet and our toilet had some problems that it took time to fix. Otherwise nice and clean rooms.»

«The place is very central and the gentleman running it is helpful. It’s very central and around €60 a night. There’s a hand basin in the room. Shared bathroom but it was very clean. Very little noise insulation but it’s city centre Madrid. For the price, it’s a good deal.»

«Bad customer service at the phone. They don’t bother to answer the calls and the cleaning it was not that good, there was hair in the shower. »
