This cozy family apartment is located at the Peñamar Condominium which has three pools, a gym, and an amazing view of the Marina in Fajardo. It´s located about 10 to 15 minutes from El Conquistador Resort and centrally located from restaurants and other places to visit. the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

We have High-Speed WIFI 400MB and a computer which is available for all guests to use. With local landline for phone calls in PR and USA for free. Free Netflix registered and free cable TV.



Check-in time is at 3:00pm

If guests are interested in early check-in they are welcome to ask if we have any available. We do charge an extra fee.



Guests have self-check in and instructions will be sent two days prior their arrival.



Check-out is at 11:00am

If guests are interested in late check-out they are welcome to ask if we have any available. We do charge an extra fee.



Allowed guests including visitors has a limitation of 8 guests (this includes children as well). Any more than 8 guests they will be charged with a $175 per person and per night fee do to the rule breaking action.



TM strives to deliver top-notch service and amenities to guarantee our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest.



**The living room does not have AC, however, each room does



TM also provides the amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include a soap dispenser with Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, and 1 dish sponge.



We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.



The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.



Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.
